\n\t\t\t\t\tWhat is the way to get Divorce?<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\tThere are two ways to get divorce-\n1). Mutual divorce i.e. divorce with the consent of the husband and wife under section 13(B) of Hindu Marriage Act. Easiest and fastest way to get the decree of the Divorce. \nCondition applied-both must have been living separately for more than at least one year. \nLimitation-cannot be filed before completion of one year of the marriage. \n\n2). Contested Divorce i.e. divorce on merits of the case on the basis of the different grounds mentioned\/provided under Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
